Do you enjoy understanding complex problems and turning them into clear, evidence‑based insight? We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Data and Digital team, supporting project initiation through early stage discovery, process review and requirements definition. The role requires a minimum of two days per week in our Glasgow office, with flexibility to increase to meet project needs.
The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders from across the organisation to analyse current processes, assess impacts, support options appraisal and ensure initiatives are well scoped and governance ready. As a result, we are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to different audiences. You will manage multiple pieces of analysis at the same time and contribute to improving business analysis tools, templates and approaches across the organisation. This role therefore requires good organisational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of project or PMO environments that support consistent and auditable ways of working.
