Sports Interactive is hiring a Senior Design Producer to elevate and accelerate design delivery across Football Manager. This role brings assertive ownership to day-to-day execution across UIUX, narrative, and game design teams (≈20 designers).
Based in Here East, London, the hybrid model requires 2-3 days in-studio. You will ensure design work is clearly planned, communicated, and delivered at pace, while mentoring producers and shaping design production processes.
