Sports Interactive, based at Here East, London, seeks a Senior Software Engineer for Match AI & Simulation to enhance the match engine across projects.

You'll work on AI agents, decision-making, and the rules of the simulation, driving architecture and performance improvements.

You will refactor AI systems, build debugging/visualisation tools, and collaborate with designers, QA, producers, and other engineers.

Hybrid work with remote by exception offers flexibility in a dynamic studio.
