A part of Sports Fashion Group, our racket sports retail stores specialise in badminton and tennis equipment, including rackets, strings, footwear, accessories, and performance gear. We serve players of all levels — from beginners to competitive athletes — and are committed to providing expert advice, quality service, and reliable stringing support.

This is a retail‑focused role, where you will manage day‑to‑day store operations and customer service, while also taking on the responsibility of professional racket stringing. The ideal candidate is customer‑oriented, detail‑driven, and passionate about racket sports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to customers
  • Advise customers on racket selection, strings, grip setup, and accessories
  • Handle day‑to‑day store operations including cashiering, stock replenishment, and inventory checks
  • Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product presentation standards
  • Support the team in achieving store sales targets and service KPIs
Racket Stringing
  • Perform racket stringing services for badminton and/or tennis rackets according to customer requirements
  • Advise customers on string types, tension, and setup based on playing style and skill level
  • Ensure stringing jobs are completed accurately, safely, and within expected turnaround time
  • Maintain and care for stringing machines, tools, and string inventory
  • Track and manage stringing orders and service records
Minimum Qualifications
  • 'N' Level / 'O' Level / ITE / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma
  • Prior racket stringing experience (badminton and/or tennis) is required
  • Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong interest in badminton, tennis, or racket sports
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced retail environment
  • Good communication skills and service‑oriented mindset
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and retail peak periods
