We are seeking a Trainee Workshop Assistant to support our experienced welder/fabricator within our busy workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop practical skills in fabrication and steelwork while working as part of a supportive and skilled team.
Key Responsibilities
- Measuring and cutting steel materials
- Drilling, basic fabrication and workshop assistance
- Supporting the welder/fabricator with day-to-day tasks
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Assisting senior staff on occasional site visits, including taking measurements and delivering parts
