We would like you to bring your skill and passion for retail to constantly evolve how we deliver for our customers. Working with the team, you will help create a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping and working environment, providing a presence to protect and minimize stock loss in store.
As part of the store team, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, greeting, guiding, and advising them while remaining vigilant to potential risks to the store. You will assist store management in making the store a safe and secure place to work and shop, identifying and communicating risks, completing safety and security checks, reporting information, and acting as a deterrent on the shop floor.
You will ensure company policies and standards around the front of the store are adhered to at all times, including signing visitors in and keeping products full and merchandised.
QualificationsAbout you:
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
