Working with the team, you will effectively help create a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping and working environment, providing a presence to protect and minimize stock loss in store.
As part of the store team, you will be required to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, greeting, guiding, and advising them while remaining vigilant and aware of any potential risks to the store.
You are required to assist the store management in making the store a safe and secure place to work and shop. By working closely with the team, you will be identifying and communicating risks, completing safety and security checks, reporting information, and acting as a deterrent on the shop floor.
You will ensure Company policies and standards around the front of the store are adhered to at all times, signing visitors into the building, as well as keeping product full and merchandised.
