Working with the team, you will effectively help create a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping and working environment, providing a presence to protect and minimize stock loss in store.
As part of the store team, you will be required to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, greeting, guiding, and advising them while remaining vigilant and aware of any potential risks to the store.
You are required to assist the store’s management in making the store a safe and secure place to work and shop. By working closely with the team, you will identify and communicate risks, complete safety and security checks, report information, and act as a deterrent on the shop floor.
You will ensure company policies and standards around the front of the store are adhered to at all times, signing visitors in to the building, as well as keeping products full and merchandised.
