We are looking for dependable weekend staff to support our Despatch operation during peak trading. This is a seasonal temporary role running through to the end of August, at which point we will review business needs and staffing requirements.
It is a fast-paced, target-driven warehouse role. Accuracy and pace both matter. If you like clear expectations, structured systems, and staying busy, this will suit you.
What you will be doing:
- Picking stock for web customer orders
- Picking stock for external store fulfilment
- Packing web orders to a high presentation standard
- Preparing and organising stock transfers to our external stores
- Working to picking and packing performance targets
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
The objective is straightforward: get customer and store orders out accurately and on time.
What we are looking for:
- Strong attention to detail — mistakes create rework
- Ability to work at pace without cutting corners
- Comfortable being on your feet for the full shift
- Calm under pressure around courier cut-offs
- Reliable and punctual — weekends are key trading days
- Positive team attitude
- Previous warehouse experience is useful, but reliability and work ethic matter more
