We’re looking for a Marketplace Partnerships Lead to help grow and mature the supply side of our Marketplace - a platform where third-party data and content suppliers showcase their products to a global customer base. This role sits at the intersection of commercial partnerships, onboarding, and supplier lifecycle management. You’ll identify and secure high-value suppliers, lead negotiations, manage onboarding activities, and act as the ongoing commercial and relationship owner. By working closely with Product, Engineering, and Legal, you will ensure suppliers integrate successfully, meet expectations, and deliver long-term value to our customers. This is a high-impact role for someone who brings commercial acumen, partnership experience, and a deep understanding of technology-driven products.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Identify, qualify, and source new suppliers aligned with Marketplace strategy and customer demand.
- Lead commercial conversations from initial outreach through negotiation and contract signature.
- Manage due diligence, onboarding workflows, and coordination with Product and Engineering to ensure smooth integrations.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships through regular engagement, expectation setting, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and SLA commitments.
- Provide suppliers with usage, revenue, and performance insights, highlighting opportunities for growth.
- Act as the first escalation point for supplier issues, resolving blockers through cross-functional collaboration.
- Support Product and Commercial teams with market intelligence, competitive insights, and supplier capability evaluations.
- Track KPIs across supplier activation, performance, revenue contribution, and pipeline health.
- Help shape supplier strategy and prioritisation, ensuring alignment with Marketplace goals and roadmap direction.
ABOUT YOU:
- 5–8 years’ experience in partner management, business development, or commercial roles within B2B technology, betting, media, or data environments.
- Proven success negotiating and managing high-value partnerships.
- Strong understanding of data/content products, APIs, or digital platform ecosystems.
- Skilled relationship manager with experience maintaining long-term strategic partnerships.
- Confident communicator able to influence internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple supplier conversations simultaneously.
- Analytical approach to evaluating supplier performance and market opportunity.
- Experience in sports data, media rights, or marketplace ecosystems preferred.
Important: The role also requires collaboration with the US (outside regular work schedule).
OUR OFFER:
- A collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world including various social events and team building.
- Flexibility to manage your workday and tasks with autonomy.
- A balance of structure and autonomy to tackle your daily tasks.
- Vibrant and inclusive community, including Women in Tech and Pride groups which welcome all participants.
- Global Employee Assistance Programme.
- Calm and Reulay app (leading well-being apps designed to support focus, quality rest, mindfulness, and long-term mental resilience).
- While we appreciate the flexibility and benefits of working from home, we strongly believe that coming together in person fosters stronger connections, encourages collaboration, and drives innovation—both as individuals and as a company.
- The energy, shared ideas, and team support we experience in the office strengthen the foundation of our success and culture.
- For this reason, we are an office-first business operating on a hybrid model, with team members working in the office three days a week to build relationships, exchange ideas, and grow together.
OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
- Initial Screening: A short chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
- First Interview with the Team: Meet with the Hiring manager and dive deeper into your experience, as also the position itself.
- Assessment: A short (home) task to showcase your problem-solving skills.
