As Senior Product Lead for Playradar's casino and interactive gaming portfolio, you define the long-term vision and drive commercial value.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape innovative games, ensure high-quality player experiences, and steer the portfolio toward growth.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive long-term product vision and strategy for casino and interactive gaming
- Own portfolio evolution by identifying new categories, mechanics and opportunities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing optimization
- Define gameplay, features, UX and requirements with Product, Design and Engineering
- Ensure releases meet quality standards and align with stakeholders
- Drive product reviews, approvals and cross-functional collaboration
- Define product success metrics and optimize post-launch performance
- Mentor and lead Product Managers and influence senior leadership
- Key requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience with leadership in Gaming, Casino Games or Interactive Entertainment
- Proven track record delivering commercially successful gaming products and portfolios
- Strong understanding of player behaviour, monetization, retention and lifecycle management
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate trends into product strategy
- Experience leading product discovery, innovation and concept development
- Strong commercial mindset balancing customer value, quality and business performance
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
