As a member of Sportradar’s Global People Leadership Team, the Senior Director, Divisional People Partner – Corporate Functions & Talent Acquisition will provide strategic human resources business partnering to the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Finance Officer and the Chief People Officer. This role will also have overall responsibility for Talent Acquisition globally, along with the Director, Talent Acquisition that will report into this role.
The incumbent will work closely with our People Centres of Excellence, Local People Advisors based in countries and People Operations across the globe. The individual will be responsible for co‑developing, adapting and executing the People strategy in the respective divisions and fostering a positive culture of growth and innovation within a fast‑paced, change‑driven environment.
Additional responsibilities include talent strategy, organizational development, performance management, culture and engagement, organizational capabilities, day‑to‑day employee relations, and coaching to support a results‑oriented and high‑performing workforce for the division.
Key Responsibilities- Act as partner to People, Finance & Legal divisional leads, handling end‑to‑end HR support and guidance on various employee matters for leaders and senior managers.
- Ensure alignment of the Global People Strategy with the unit’s business needs, with solid business acumen.
- Facilitate talent and succession planning; ensure talent pipeline aligns with company ambition.
- Identify upskilling and reskilling needs; develop and execute capabilities plan including yearly divisional learning plans.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build a world‑class talent pipeline.
- Implement total rewards initiatives on compensation, benefits, and job grading.
- Drive divisional scorecard alignment to company goals; manage full performance cycle in the division.
- Champion company values; drive culture and engagement initiatives.
- Lead change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Oversee Talent Acquisition unit: strategic outlook, guide Director of Talent Acquisition, and manage KPIs.
- Partner with global Centres of Excellence to deliver best‑in‑class people practices.
- Collaborate with People Leadership Team; share best practices.
- Advise unit client groups on values and engagement.
- Partner with Country People Advisors to ensure employee relations and daily plans are executed locally.
- Minimum 10 years in Human Resources, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership as Head of People/HR Business Partner/Director in a global matrix organization.
- Generalist expertise in talent acquisition, talent development, compensation & benefits, performance management, change management, and labor law principles.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Agile mindset and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills adapting to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders in a globally distributed workforce.
- Ability to manage priorities.
- Occasional travel required, both domestic and international.
- Fluency in English; additional languages considered a plus.
