We seek an Executive Protection Lead to oversee the delivery of our global Executive Protection Programme. This role blends physical and cyber security, travel risk management, training, and vendor oversight to reduce risk for executives and enable safe and secure business operations worldwide.
THE CHALLENGE
- Executive Protection & Operations: Plan and coordinate protective operations, including advances, routes, venues, and incident response.
- Travel Risk Management: Oversee risk assessments, approvals, monitoring, and escalation for global executive travel.
- Education & Training: Deliver security awareness programs for executives and staff (digital footprint, communications security, situational awareness).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a central coordinator across Security, IT, Legal, Risk, Facilities, and Communication.
- Vendor Management: Source, vet, and oversee third-party providers (protective services, transport, residential assessors).
- Governance & Reporting: Maintain policies, SOPs, and dashboards; drive audits, reviews, and continuous improvement.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in executive/close protection within corporate, government, or law enforcement.
- Familiarity with executive cyber risks (account security, phishing, doxxing).
- Strong OSINT skills for route, venue, and threat assessment.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and multi-stakeholder operations.
- Excellent written and verbal briefing skills.
- Availability for on-call rotation and rapid deployment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CPP, PSP, CISSP, TRM, or OSINT credentials.
- Background in GSOC operations, crisis management, or risk intelligence.
- Knowledge of secure communications, travel tracking, or GSOC/alerting platforms.
- Skills in advanced driving, first aid (TCCC), or event security.
