As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in fueling our revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to shape their understanding of Sportradar’s value proposition. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within a global sales organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn) and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Qualification: Assess prospect fit based on Sportradar’s ideal customer profiles and qualify leads for handoff to the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales to align messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in Salesforce.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed KPIs related to outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on Sportradar’s products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value to prospects.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related role (preferably in SaaS, tech, or media).
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage and influence.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for sports, data, or media is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
