Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and creative Content Marketing Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our marketing activities across multiple brands, working closely with the Content Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety; ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their skills in content marketing, social media and digital brand building.
What will you be doing?
- Manage branded social media accounts and create content for our D2C brands
- Create promotional content, including static graphics, videos, GIFs, etc.
- Grow and manage a portfolio of content creators and ambassadors and track their impact on the D2C businesses
- Engage with existing and new partners to increase brand awareness, through product reviews, collaborations and brand exposure
- Support the Content Marketing Manager with campaign planning and execution
- Collaborate with the team for promotional and marketing ideas
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement and competitor activity
- Track and report on content and campaign performance
- Coordinate content production timelines and maintain content calendars
- Provide general support across content, CRM and digital marketing initiatives
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
- Fluency in German is desirable but not essential
- Experience in marketing, content or social media management (internships or placements considered)
- A track record of creative writing for digital platforms
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with attention to detail
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks across different brands
- Comfortable working with ambassadors/influencers and building positive relationships
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with email/CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Omnisend) is desirable but not essential
- A self-starter who is motivated and willing to take the initiative to add value to our D2C business
