We are looking for a passionate and detail‑oriented Events Executive to help deliver world‑class experiences at our state‑of‑the‑art HQ based in Silverstone. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping premium guest experiences within one of the most exciting environments in global sport.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of high‑profile events hosted at the Team’s HQ
- Assist the Event Manager with pre‑event preparation, scheduling, and coordination
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences for internal stakeholders, partners, and VIP visitors
- Provide operational support to ensure seamless execution of HQ guest experiences
- Assist in organising internal engagement events, including team celebrations and cultural initiatives
- Support the delivery of contractual partner activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards
- Coordinate event logistics, including set‑up, on‑the‑day management, and de‑rig
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (Commercial, HR, Facilities) to ensure effective delivery
- Support supplier coordination and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to post‑event analysis, including feedback collection and reporting insights
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning and guest experience delivery within premium or high‑profile environments
- Strong understanding of brand‑led events and stakeholder management, ideally within sponsorship‑driven industries
- Experience using event management tools, CRM systems, and reporting/budgeting platforms
- Background in Formula One or elite motorsport environments (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels
- Highly organised with strong multitasking ability and attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Calm, adaptable, and solutions‑focused when working under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a solid understanding of Health & Safety best practices
- Be able to work additional hours/weekends when required
