We are delighted to be supporting a leading consultancy operating within the sports and leisure sector in their search for an experienced Executive Assistant and Projects Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist organisation at the forefront of delivering high-performance sport, leisure and wellness projects.
Reporting directly to the Owner and Managing Director, this is a varied, hands-on role that combines traditional EA responsibilities with project coordination across a fast-moving business.
The Role- Comprehensive administrative support to the Owner and Managing Director
- Complex diary management, meeting and event organisation
- Booking and coordinating travel and accommodation
- Production of documents, reports and presentations to a high standard
- Coordinating activity across the team to ensure projects remain aligned and on track
- Tracking progress of ongoing projects and schedules
- Raising and processing invoice payments and following up where required
- Documenting and updating processes to drive efficiency and consistency
- Supporting wider company initiatives including website administration and quarterly team meetings
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised professional with at least 4 years' experience in a PA, EA, project coordination or office administration role. You will bring:
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and a professional, discreet approach
- Analytical mindset with the ability to share insights that drive continuous improvement
- Confident, collaborative communicator able to build strong relationships with internal teams, clients and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and formulae
Full training on all company systems will be provided.
The PackageSalary: £40-45k DOE
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Location: Home based, although office space available in Birmingham if preferred.
Contract: Permanent
