We’re looking for an experienced Ticketing Systems Specialist to play a key role in delivering a first-class ticketing operation for a leading professional sports club in the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of ticketing systems, event setup, and matchday operations, ensuring supporters enjoy a seamless journey from purchase to turnstile. Working closely with the Ticketing Manager and key stakeholders across the club, you’ll help drive innovation, optimise systems, and ensure our ticketing operation remains at the forefront of the sports industry.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing ticketing system setup and event configuration
- Supporting the delivery of matchday ticketing operations
- Working with internal teams, governing bodies, and partner clubs on allocations and sales
- Ensuring ticketing hardware, software, and access systems are fully operational
- Producing ticket sales insights and attendance reporting
- Continuously improving the supporter ticketing experience
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience working with ticketing systems in a sports, events, or venue environment
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced matchday environment
- Experience with ticketing platforms and digital sales channels
- Experience within professional sport or major venues and familiarity with SeatGeek (or similar platforms) would be an advantage.
