We are delighted to be supporting a leading consultancy operating within the sports and leisure sector in their search for an experienced Executive Assistant and Projects Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist organisation at the forefront of delivering high-performance sport, leisure and wellness projects.

The Role

  • Comprehensive administrative support to the Owner and Managing Director
  • Complex diary management, meeting and event organisation
  • Booking and coordinating travel and accommodation
  • Production of documents, reports and presentations to a high standard
  • Coordinating activity across the team to ensure projects remain aligned and on track
  • Tracking progress of ongoing projects and schedules
  • Raising and processing invoice payments and following up where required
  • Documenting and updating processes to drive efficiency and consistency
  • Supporting wider company initiatives including website administration and quarterly team meetings

The Person

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised professional with at least 4 years' experience in a PA, EA, project coordination or office administration role. You will bring:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and a professional, discreet approach
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to share insights that drive continuous improvement
  • Confident, collaborative communicator able to build strong relationships with internal teams, clients and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and formulae

Full training on all company systems will be provided.

The Package

  • Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
  • Location: Home based, although office space available in Birmingham if preferred
  • Contract: Permanent
