A leading London-based sports organisation is looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to help drive audience growth, engagement and brand visibility. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys both planning campaigns and delivering them in a fast-paced, live environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing marketing initiatives that attract new audiences, build lasting supporter relationships and contribute to the organisation's wider commercial success.
The Role
- Working as part of a collaborative marketing and communications team, the Marketing Manager will lead the planning and delivery of campaigns designed to grow audiences and strengthen the organisation's brand presence.
- The role requires someone who is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day campaign execution, while working closely with colleagues across commercial, content and digital teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns aligned with organisational goals.
- Create initiatives designed to increase attendance and audience engagement around key events.
- Coordinate creative assets and marketing materials across multiple platforms.
- Deliver audience acquisition and retention campaigns, including database growth initiatives.
- Plan and manage seasonal campaign activity and key promotional moments.
- Work with content teams to produce engaging marketing-led storytelling and athlete-focused content.
- Support partner and sponsor activations through collaborative campaigns.
- Use data and insight to evaluate campaign performance and inform future activity.
- Maintain strong brand presentation across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall event-day experience and supporter journey.
- Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers and external partners where required.
- Collaborate with commercial teams on promotional activity linked to retail or merchandise.
About You
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within sport, entertainment, events or a consumer-facing environment.
- Experience delivering campaigns that drive audience engagement or revenue.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and audience growth strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience managing marketing budgets.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer data.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when events require.
- Experience working within live events or membership-based organisations.
- Understanding of partnership marketing or brand activations.
- Experience working with external creative or marketing agencies.

- This is a full-time role and includes some evening and weekend work depending on event schedules.
