Our Olympians need you! How would you like to work with swim! – The UK's leading premium Learn to Swim brand? We are looking for engaging and inspiring individuals to work as Swimming Teachers and join our industry-leading swimming team, delivered at centres across the UK.
Your primary role will be to plan, deliver, and review the highest quality, themed, fun, and safe learn-to-swim lessons for children aged 3-11 years, ensuring excellent customer experience and utilising premium facilities. You will help change lives by giving every child the opportunity to learn to swim.
As part of your role, you will plan and deliver swimming lessons both in and out of the water, use technology to support and engage customers, and work as part of a team to deliver a premium experience. This includes customer engagement, attending training and team meetings to share best practices and learn from each other.
This role involves weekday evening and weekend hours, with lessons operated from 1.00 - 8.30 pm on weekdays and 8.00 am - 7.00 pm on weekends. Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver fun and inspiring lessons to children aged 3-11 years, ranging from non-swimmers to competent swimmers, using swim! teaching resources.
- Deliver exceptional customer care to swimmers and their families.
- Assess swimmers continuously using an online tracking system, follow our awards process, and celebrate their progress.
- Provide the swim! experience, including showing customers around the centre, promoting memberships, and attending team meetings to share best practices.
- Perform lifeguard duties and support the venue team as required (training provided).
