Our Olympians need you! How would you like to work with swim! – The UK's leading premium Learn to Swim brand? We are looking for engaging and inspiring individuals to work as Swimming Teachers and join our industry-leading swimming team, delivered at centres across the UK.
Your primary role will be to plan, deliver, and review high-quality, themed, fun, and safe learn-to-swim lessons for children aged 3-11 years, ensuring excellent customer experience and utilising premium facilities. You will help change lives by giving every child the opportunity to learn to swim.
In your role, you will plan and deliver swimming lessons both in and out of the water, use technology to support and engage customers, and work as part of a team to deliver a premium experience. This includes customer engagement, attending training and team meetings to share best practices, and learning from colleagues.
This role involves weekday evening and weekend hours, with lessons operated from 1.00 - 8.30 pm on weekdays and 8.00 am - 7.00 pm on weekends. Job Responsibilities- Plan and deliver fun and inspiring lessons to children aged 3-11, from non-swimmers to competent swimmers, using swim! teaching resources.
- Provide exceptional customer care to swimmers and their families.
- Assess swimmers continuously using an online tracking system, following our awards process and celebrating their progress.
- Deliver the swim! experience, including showing customers around the centre, promoting memberships, and attending team meetings to share best practices.
- Support lifeguard duties and assist the venue team as required (training provided).
- Willing to work towards swimming teacher qualifications; fully funded training and qualifications are provided (existing qualifications are a bonus).
