We’re looking for a Project Manager to support the development and execution of CIMSPA’s National Workforce Registration and Governance Project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. The Project Manager will act as a liaison between departments, project teams and stakeholders and will be responsible for managing all project related resources, including time and materials resource. This role will hold responsibility for identifying interdependencies and removing barriers to ensure successful delivery of the project. This role will also be responsible for supporting in identifying, mitigating, and resolving strategic and project risks as well other issues that could impact delivery. This role requires strong organisational, communication, problem-solving and collaborative skills whilst having the ability and experience to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and being able to translate strategic thinking and decisions into operations.

Key tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage the full delivery of the National Workforce Governance Project, ensuring effective planning and coordination across workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain the project plan, timelines, and governance processes.
  • Coordinate project teams and the digital workstream to ensure smooth, aligned delivery.
  • Track and report on project progress, budget, outcomes, and benefits to key stakeholders.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, escalating where necessary.
  • Maintain strong relationships across teams to ensure consistent communication and delivery momentum.
  • Translate strategic decisions into operational activity across the project.

Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per annum

Closing date: 5pm on Thursday 30th April 2026. Interviews to be held in Loughborough in the week commencing 11th May 2026.
