Given the changing diversity of our playing population, particularly from South Asian communities and women’s and girls’ cricket, we are looking to appoint a Director with lived experience, skills and passion around Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).
We continue our search also for a director who will bring with them a way to articulate the positive effects cricket can have on communities (holistically and individually), to grow the game, attract investors to it, and support other directors and the staff to see, believe and communicate this.
We are therefore particularly interested in individuals who:
- Are passionate about inclusion and widening access
- Bring experience in one or more areas: commercial growth, community impact, finance, HR or strategy
- Are collaborative, curious and willing to challenge constructively
- Share our belief in the power of sport
