You will work directly with a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist who leads several companies across private equity, energy, and philanthropy. Your mission is to translate his expertise, insights, and business interests into high-impact content that builds trust, attracts qualified leads, and enhances brand visibility globally. This is not a content manager role — you are the creative operator and thinker-in-residence across video strategy, production briefing, messaging, and growth. Responsibilities 1.Content Strategy & Architecture Define a long-term content map aligned to the founder’s core business areas and positioning Develop episodic series, thought-leadership angles, and educational or narrative-based themes Wire every video into a business outcome (lead gen, trust-building, visibility, deal support) Write pre-production briefs (topic, target viewer, CTA, repurposing path, proof points) Align each video with the founder’s voice, positioning, and credibility goals Recommend format (talking head, case study, interview, voiceover, etc.) 3. Execution Oversight Coordinate editors, thumbnail designers, and video publishers Ensure final videos are edited on-message, on-brand, and platform-optimized Oversee metadata (titles, tags, thumbnails) and publishing timelines 4.
