We are looking for a Partnerships Lead to join our Rightsholder Management team, based in our office in Altrincham. This role has a primary focus on the pre and post relationship management of SPORTFIVE’s LED and production services activities across some of the main contracts held with sports clubs, brands and organisations. A key member of the ‘partnership hub’ that links football partnerships, sales, production, finance, operational and logistic activity across the business. Account Management Lead and Gatekeeper for assigned contracts across the department, including but not limited to competition, club and portfolio scope, as assigned on a seasonal basis. Assisting and advising the Manager, Partnership Services and Operations in the continuing evolution of processes and procedures undertaken across the department.
AS OUR PARTNERSHIPS LEAD, YOU WILL
- Lead the Account Management of and be the first point of contact to assigned clubs, sporting organisations, so that the effective day-to-day requirements of the relationship across all competition undertakings are successfully met.
- Provide excellent day-to-day liaison with relevant key partners and all other relevant stakeholders to manage contractual operational requirements.
- Manage the creative requirements and related output for all relevant key partners, liaising with the internal creative team, external suppliers and internal Production Services team, through to distribution to all appropriate clubs, partners and organisations, across LED and static inventory.
- Manage relevant LED and static inventory ensuring it is accurately reflected within the asset management system.
- Work closely and collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders in the continued development and roll-out of the Playmaker system. Become highly proficient in the operational workings of the system.
- Work with Clients to ensure optimal use of the Playmaker system to deliver seamless operations week on week across all types of output.
- Hold weekly status and activity calls, attend meetings, and provide regular client reporting support as necessary.
- Provide a link between the football partnerships, production services and finance teams in ascertaining LED minute allocations and static inventory across clubs, league and cup competitions, live & non-live fixtures as well as support the accurate recording and raising of fees and charges as they fall due from time-to-time.
- Relationship management with external agencies, internal creative team, clubs and football authorities in the distribution and approval of final outputs with clubs and associated operators/agencies.
- Accurate and consistent liaison with the internal operational teams, to ensure effective and efficient hand off and hand back of projects as they progress.
- Supporting the Manager, Partnerships Services and Operations with the continuous evolution of departmental SOP\’s to ensure seamless delivery across the department.
- Work with and comply with SOP\’s as set across the department.
- Be acutely aware of and skilled in all areas of LED and static inventory requirements across competitions, clubs, and SPORTFIVE Portfolio sales to assist and cover for other Partner Leads in peak times and during absence.

- Experience in a Partnerships Manager role or similar position, managing client accounts and their operational requirements
- Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload proactively

- Personable, able to work effectively with a variety of different people and capable of developing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- A keen interest in sport and/or sport operations management
- Experience in the sports industry is advantageous but not an essential requirement of this role
