Based in either London or Altrincham, Cheshire.

SPORTFIVE is a global agency working across sponsorships, advertising, talent, activation and hospitality within sports. Globally, we have over 1,200 employees who strategically and creatively connect brands, rights-holders, media platforms and fans across Football, F1, NFL, NBA, Golf, Esports, Olympics, and more.

This role will form part of a brand-new global team being brought into the business to strengthen our consultancy offering. The team will help rights-holders, brands and partners better understand the commercial opportunities in this rapidly growing space, from sponsorship strategy and inventory optimisation through to pricing, go-to-market planning and partnership performance measurement.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Take ownership of defined workstreams within consultancy projects, supporting areas such as sponsorship strategy, valuation, commercial modelling and go-to-market planning.
  • Develop clear, compelling presentations and data-led recommendations for clients, using market insight, media research and commercial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct market, competitor and audience analysis across the sports and sponsorship landscape.
  • Research, structure and consolidate relevant information from a range of sources, turning data and insight into practical outputs for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support proposal processes and pitches by developing well-researched content, commercial narratives and high-quality materials that help bring our consultancy offering to life.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING…

  • Relevant qualification in business, sports management, or marketing.
  • Initial relevant experience in consulting, analytics, sponsorship or media.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a solid understanding of numbers.
  • Ability to transfer insights and data into business related recommendations.
  • Good understanding of the sports ecosystem.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Interest in commercial dynamics within the sports and media industry.
