Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Designer to support our sports marketing team by creating dynamic sales propositions and communication materials.

Core Responsibilities

  • Creation and development of visual assets and sales propositions, including generic rightsholder and brand presentations.
  • Develop customised partnership pitch presentations for major right‐sholders such as Team GB and Paralympics GB.
  • Support concept development and storytelling by interpreting brand identities and translating complex information into clear visual content.
  • Ensure consistency in visual messaging across all presentation materials.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro).
  • Experience with AI platforms such as Midjourney, DALL‐E, and other generative tools.
  • High level of proficiency in typography, layout design and creating compelling visual hierarchies.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and colleagues globally.
