We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Account Executive to join our Brand Solutions team. This role will focus on the support and execution of multiple sponsorships for both B2C & B2B clients. You will be based in the UK and collaborate closely with stakeholders across Europe, The U.S. and Asia to deliver best‑in‑class sponsorship programmes. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in multiple partnerships across various different industries, giving you unrivalled exposure in the sporting industry. You will help drive innovation and excellence at the heart of sport and business, contributing to sponsorships that elevate both the brand and the event within the global sports arena.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES...

  • Provide support to wider account teams with the planning and delivery of multiple partnerships, including Golf, Formula 1 and football.
  • Work closely with clients, local agencies and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the various partnerships.
  • Proactively coordinate recurring calls and follow‑ups with internal and external partners, ensuring all deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities are up to date and clearly communicated.
  • Take ownership of specific workstreams and begin to lead select projects, with the goal of growing into broader responsibilities over time.
  • Demonstrate initiative in identifying process improvements and efficiencies for the team, especially in the areas of reporting, stakeholder management, and program delivery.
  • Create and maintain compelling client‑facing presentations and internal decks to support program updates and stakeholder communications.
  • Stay up-to-date on sport industry trends and identify opportunities for brand innovation and cultural relevance.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING...

  • 2+ years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorship, or account management.
  • A real passion for and knowledge of sports partnerships.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent client servicing skills with the confidence to lead communications, presentations, and status updates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with project management tools a plus.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and with international teams.
  • Available to travel nationally and internationally, including some weekends.
  • A positive, flexible attitude, with a desire to learn in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing, event activation, and integrated campaign execution.
  • Experience in golf and/or Formula 1 desirable but not a necessity.
