- Maintain strong quality and operational standards across creative assets, including file management, naming conventions, technical checks and LED file quality control.
- Provide hands‑on support where needed, including file conversion, resizing and other practical coordination tasks that help the team deliver effectively.
What you’ll bring…
- Proven experience in a creative traffic, studio coordination or resource management role.
- Strong knowledge of traffic management processes and best practice within a creative or production environment.
- The ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and keep a dynamic pipeline of work moving effectively.
