We are looking for a Partnerships Operations Lead to join our Rightsholder Management team, based in our office in Altrincham. This role has a primary focus on the post-sale placement of inventory for SPORTFIVE’s Perimeter LED across brands and sports clubs in the portfolio. You will support the LED Partnerships Operations team with the delivery of LED Perimeter advertising, working closely with internal stakeholders and our 40+ strong club contract portfolio to ensure the successful placement of SPORTFIVE advertising inventory for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for the SPORTFIVE Sales Team, assuring that effective day-to-day requirements of the relationship across all undertakings are successfully met.
- Provide excellent day-to-day liaison with all relevant stakeholders to manage contractual placement requirements.
- Manage the stock of club LED inventory ensuring it is accurately reflected within the Playmaker system.
- Manage the creative requirements and related output for all relevant key partners, liaising with the internal creative team and external suppliers, accurate assignment of media to minutes, through to distribution to all required clubs/operators.
- Work with clients to ensure optimal use of the Playmaker system to deliver seamless operations week on week across all types of output.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, internal sales teams, internal creative team, and clubs in the distribution and approval of final playlists with clubs and associated operators/agencies.
- Support the Rightsholder Management Leadership Team with the continuous evolution of departmental SOPs to ensure seamless delivery across the department.
- Work with and comply with SOPs as set across the department.
- Undertake general administrative tasks and stakeholder communications to assist with the functioning of the partnership Rights and Development team.
Experience
- Experience in a Partnerships/Operations Manager role or similar position, managing multiple key client accounts and their operational requirements.
- Excellent knowledge and detailed understanding of club football in the UK and beyond.
- Experience with/knowledge of LED advertising in sports stadiums and venues.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload proactively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A team player who is keen to support and coach junior members of the team.
- Personable, able to work effectively with a variety of different people and capable of developing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A keen interest in sport and/or sport operations management.
- Budgeting and financial competency.
- Flexible and able to adapt to the demands of multiple concurrent and sometimes challenging projects.
- Experience in the sports industry is advantageous but not an essential requirement of this role.
