Salary Range: ZAR 20,000 to ZAR 35,000 per month depending on relevant experience.
Required skills / Experience:
- BEng/BSc or higher, in Sports Science, Mathematics or Computer Science;
- Understanding of the Game – Sports Scientists must have an established knowledge of sport including matchday procedures, in-game events, and some knowledge of the team(s) in their area.
- Conduct systematic tests and simulations to determine product quality and functionality.
- Identify product defects, document test results, and report issues to the development team.
- Focus on the user's perspective, ensuring products are easy to use and meet their needs.
- Working with Product teams to ensure product development continues to address frequent, high criticality issues seen by remote support.
- Interpretation and Communication - Analysts need to have the ability to interpret what they are seeing in front of them in an accurate and timely fashion before communicating it clearly and concisely to the In-Office teams you are working with.
- Experience in performance analysis and/or data collection would be an advantage.
- Incredible attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing on-field and in-office test of both hardware and software solutions.
- Monitoring processes and inspecting products.
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
- Support our data science team in collecting and evaluating data sets for algorithm creation.
- Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
