Role Overview: The opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, driven, and creative Social Media Manager to join the 54 Social Media Team, assisting with the creation, management and delivery of clients’ campaigns, advertising, communications, marketing, sponsorship, and events activity through key social channels. The successful candidate will report to the Social Media Senior Account Director and will be based from the 54 office in London; however, 54 manages events globally, and the candidate will spend periods on the ground at events throughout the year. A comprehensive knowledge of digital trends, advertising, marketing and the wider golf, padel, or sports industry is required, with 3+ years of dedicated social media marketing experience preferred. Strong written and verbal skills are essential, as well as the ability to deliver exciting and innovative digital campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Key Roles And Responsibilities: The role requires a dynamic skill set and the ability to work to timeframes across a busy event series to deliver:
- Management of day-to-day event social media channels and campaigns
- Copywriting
- Analysis and reporting
- Management of content creation initiatives alongside creative and production teams
- Video, graphics, and animation
- Creation of regular reports on campaign performance
- Development of content/publishing calendars
- Budget management
- Client Liaison / Account Management
- Update work in progress (WIP) documents
- Provide regular updates to Client and manage regular conference calls and meetings
- Support Partnership Managers with partner and sponsors relations
- Consider intricacies of each Event partner when conceptualising ideas and timings
- Research & Analysis
- Regularly update plans based on new technology and concepts
- Communicate regularly with Event team and senior management
Salary And Benefits: Competitive Salary, Annual Discretionary Company Bonus – up to 8% - 3% Company & 5% Individual, 33 days annual leave (+ public holidays), pro-rated. Working hours will be from 09:00 to 17:30 with an hour taken for lunch between 12:00 and 14:00.
