Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner to provide expert support to managers and the leadership team. The role combines end-to-end HR business partnering with the design and delivery of impactful learning & development programs across the organisation. You will play a key role in driving performance, engagement, cultural initiatives, and talent development.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and leaders on HR strategy, employee relations, and performance management
- Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and team structuring initiatives
- Support salary reviews, benchmarking, and performance development cycles
- Drive D&I, engagement, and culture initiatives
- Design and deliver learning programs, management training, coaching, and development interventions
- Track training budgets, assess impact, and provide analytics to guide decision-making
Special Skills/Experience/Aptitudes Needed
- Strong HR business partnering and employee relations experience
- Proven experience in designing and delivering management and leadership training programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable
- Exposure to TUPE, M&A, or international HR practices
- Analytical mindset with experience in HR reporting and people metrics
- LMS/e-learning experience, coaching certification, and succession planning
