Your Role: You will provide quality, evidence-based and individualized physical therapy care that includes assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to help patients achieve optimal recovery and well-being. Your caseload will be primarily orthopedic with a variety of sports medicine conditions.

What you'll do:

  • Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs and outcomes, review patients’ functional needs and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Design and implement plans of care for patients based on a thorough assessment of potential development.
  • Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs.
  • Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Document patient care services via EMR Prompt utilizing AI scribing with Prediction Health Sidekick for faster, easier and more compliant documentation.

About You: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program. Licensed or eligible for state licensure. Passionate about delivering exceptional, evidence-based patient care. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for building connections with a diverse patient population. Eager to grow and make a lasting impact, both in the clinic and the community.
