We have contributed to numerous high-profile events, including Formula 1, the Superbowl, and many others. As we continue to grow, we're excited to face new challenges head-on.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end motion projects from concept through delivery: animatic, design, animation, compositing and final renders.
- Translate strategy and creative briefs into clear motion solutions that meet client objectives and technical constraints.
- Produce high-quality 2D and 3D motion assets (brand films, product demos, social cutdowns, event screens, environmental animations).
- Maintain and evolve visual systems (typography, motion language, colour, transitions) across client portfolios.
- Present work confidently to management, clients and agency stakeholders; complete feedback, revisions and sign-offs.
- Work with management to scope projects, estimate effort, plan render schedules and provide accurate delivery timelines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in compositing, renders and delivery formats; ensure files meet technical and broadcast standards.
- Mentor junior designers and help maintain best practices, templates and pipeline tools.
- Support on-site or remote setup and operation for outdoor/experiential installations and events (will include international travel).
- Have excellent English communication skills and a positive attitude to resolving problems, whilst operating under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
Required qualifications & experience:
- 5+ years professional experience in motion design with demonstrable senior-level craft.
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- 3+ years experience working in Cinema 4D with Octane and/or Redshift rendering engines.
- A strong showreel/portfolio that includes work completed for blue-chip companies (agency or in-house) – showreel must demonstrate both creative and technical authorship.
- Direct client-facing experience: presenting work, managing feedback and maintaining professional client relationships.
Technical skills (must haves):
- Advanced After Effects: expressions, parenting, precomps, motion graphics workflows and compositing.
- Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop: high proficiency in preparing and adapting vector/raster assets for motion.
- Cinema 4D: modelling workflows, scene layout, texturing and lighting.
- Octane and/or Redshift: materials, optimisation, render settings and efficiency for tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with standard codecs, delivery formats and file management for broadcast, web and large-scale LED screens.
- Comfortable working with version control for assets, and handover formats (project files, layered renders, EXR/Zips, LUTs).
Desirable skills & attributes:
- Experience producing content for outdoor/experiential events and LED screens.
- Basic 3D scripting or pipeline automation (Python, C4D scripting) — a plus.
- Strong editorial sense, timing and storytelling ability across different platforms and durations.
