Sports Shoes is seeking a Returns Processor based at Shipley HQ to handle customer returns efficiently and accurately.
You will assess items for resale suitability, process faulty or unwanted returns, and record outcomes in the returns management system.
Working in the Returns team, you will ensure correct stock allocation, flag unusual or potentially fraudulent returns, and manage exchanges and refunds within target SLAs while upholding quality standards.
