Case Manager (International) in London

Due to our continued success and growth, Sport Resolutions has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join its skilled, diverse and experienced case management team to assist, primarily, with international referrals.

The Case Manager will manage enquiries, cases and independent reviews, appointing panel members as required.

They will provide support to the Senior Case Managers and the Head of Case Management.

The successful applicant will be required to administer cases including anti-doping rule violations, ethics and integrity related matters, independent reviews, disciplinary proceedings and vetting processes.

The Case Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that disputes are managed fairly, efficiently and cost-effectively.

Due to the increasing number of international referrals which we are receiving, we are particularly interested to hear from individuals who are fluent in written and spoken Spanish and/or German.

It is highly desirable that applicants are bilingual or multilingual.

Suitable applicants will have experience of working in a legal environment, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sport and integrity.

The successful applicant will have the ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner and will have experience of using Microsoft applications.

A high level of oral and written communication skills is required, along with first-rate attention to detail.

Person Specification

Essential

• A legal qualification or experience of working in a legal environment.
• Familiarity with court and/or tribunal procedures.
• Experience in the administration of complex casework.
• Upper intermediate level Spanish and/or German (minimum B2 CEFR).
• Excellent customer service skills in dealing with a wide range of service users including International Federations, athletes and their professional advisers.
• A good knowledge and/or experience of the structure of sport both nationally and internationally, including International Federations and NGBs.
• Good communication skills (both oral and written).
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to work accurately, as part of a team and individually, paying great attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information regarding case records in a discreet and professional manner.
• Experience in using Windows-based software applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and of using case management software.
• An interest and enthusiasm for sport.
• Total integrity.

Desirable

• Experience of mediation and/or arbitration.
• Knowledge of anti-doping regulations.
• Knowledge of data protection principles.
• Project or programme management skills and experience.
• Bilingual / trilingual / multilingual.

Sport Resolutions’ office is located at St Paul’s, London.

Employees are currently required to work in the office a minimum of eight days per month and should be resident within the United Kingdom.
