Sport + Recreation Alliance is seeking a Development Officer for Scotland to oversee British Dressage initiatives within the region. This home-based position requires extensive travel across Scotland and involves co-ordinating competitions and training.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational and communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong understanding of dressage. Evening and weekend work will be required, alongside the ability to manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.
