- Cross-format coordination: Ensuring a joined-up and consistent approach to media and storytelling across all formats, balancing competing priorities and maximising impact.
- Media relations and reputation management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key media outlets and journalists, proactively managing coverage and acting as a point of contact on high-profile issues.

- Event and tour media operations: Overseeing media operations across domestic and international fixtures and tours, including press conferences, media access, accreditations and broadcast coordination. Designing and executing media campaigns that enhance the visibility of all formats of the game and grow diverse audiences.
