About the Role: We are Hiring at our store in Poole—and we want you on our team As a Retail Assistant at Sport It First Outlet, you'll help deliver a great customer experience, keep the store looking sharp, and support the day-to-day operations.

This job role is a set schedule to work every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, helpful customer service.
  • Maintain high store standards and displays.
  • Work 8-hour shifts Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • Use in-store tech to assist customers and manage stock.

Who We Are: Sport It First Outlet is a growing, family-run retail business specializing in top brand sportswear at discounted prices . Our Poole location Opened in June 2024, Our Salisbury location opened in December 2024 and Our Bournemouth store opened July 2025.
