This is a full-time, on-site role based in Maidenhead. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting activities. The role includes researching target accounts, understanding customer needs, and booking qualified meetings or demonstrations for the sales team. The individual will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, follow up on inbound inquiries, and nurture early-stage leads. Collaboration with marketing and sales colleagues to refine messaging, share market feedback, and support sales campaigns is also a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, cold calling, and managing a lead pipeline.
  • Strong Communication abilities, with clear, professional verbal and written skills for engaging prospective customers.
  • Sales and Business Development capabilities, including opportunity qualification, objection handling, and supporting deal progression.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools and basic sales technologies (e.g., email sequencing, calling platforms, online meeting tools).
  • Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and tailor conversations to customer needs.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets.
