The Back of House Team Member supports reception and café staff during peak daytime hours to help maintain guest flow, clean and welcoming spaces, and efficient operations. This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and supporting a busy environment. Full training will be provided.
Guest Flow & Front Support
- Support reception and café teams during busy midday periods
- Take orders on the till when required
- Assist with guest check-ins and basic queries
- Provide clear inductions to the Contrast Therapy Lounge
- Help guide guests through the space to keep sessions running on time
Environment & Space Management
- Keep tables, seating areas, and public spaces clean and presentable
- Reset changing rooms between guests
- Monitor cleanliness throughout the shift
- Report any maintenance or supply issues to the team
Back of House & Operations
- Towel washing, drying, folding, and restocking
- Restock consumables, café items, and general supplies
- Support light administrative and operational tasks as trained
- Assist with maintaining smooth transitions between bookings
