Roles And ResponsibilitesAs a Lettings Negotiator, you will support the day-to-day operations of our expanding lettings department. Duties include:

Property-Based Tasks

Accompanying prospective tenants to property viewings

Taking high-quality photos, videos, and measurements of new listings

Supporting property inspections, check-ins, and check-outs

Assisting with preparing properties for marketing Customer & Office Support

Communicating with tenants and landlords via phone, email, and WhatsApp

Booking viewings and managing diary appointments

Updating internal CRM systems and maintaining accurate records

Advertising new rental properties on online platforms

Delivering excellent customer service as a key representative of the business

General Duties

Assisting the lettings team with daily administrative tasks

Travelling to local properties (own vehicle essential)

Learning the full lettings process with structured training provided
