This role is responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse at Spook London. The role is responsible for full operational control of the warehouse, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, safety, and professionalism in every aspect of the warehouse department. To be successful in this role you must have meticulous attention to detail, a structured and disciplined management style, and the ability to maintain strict operational standards across inventory control, logistics, staff management, and warehouse processes. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring someone who takes pride in order, precision, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Oversee all daily warehouse operations
    • Ensure all warehouse processes are carried out accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain a highly organised warehouse layout with clearly defined areas for items that are adhered to
    • Implement and maintain best‑practice warehouse standards
  • Stock and Inventory Management
    • Maintain 100% stock accuracy through strict stock control procedures (consumptions, transfers, batches)
    • Carry out stock counts on time and as expected
    • Ensure all goods are properly labelled, tracked, and stored correctly
    • Manage stock rotation where required (FIFO)
    • Ensure the sales team is aware of stock levels and items to sell via the ops meeting
    • Manage stock transfers to Archway
    • Inventory of new items purchased, going inventory to manage stock levels of spook‑owned items
  • Staff Management
    • Maintain a high‑performance culture focused on accountability and operational excellence
    • Make sure rota costs and staff budgets are strictly adhered to
    • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff and drivers
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify inefficiencies in warehouse processes and implement improvements
    • Introduce better organisation methods, storage systems, and workflows where needed
    • Be on‑site as and when required
    • Work with and manage a team of porters on site when required
    • Manage events where required
    • Build a good knowledge of all our regular venues
    • Maintain high standards of presentation at all times
