This role is responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse at Spook London. The role is responsible for full operational control of the warehouse, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, safety, and professionalism in every aspect of the warehouse department. To be successful in this role you must have meticulous attention to detail, a structured and disciplined management style, and the ability to maintain strict operational standards across inventory control, logistics, staff management, and warehouse processes.
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations
- Ensure all warehouse processes are carried out accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a highly organised warehouse layout with clearly defined areas for items that are adhered to
- Implement and maintain best-practice warehouse standards
- Maintain 100% stock accuracy through strict stock control procedures
- Manage stock rotation where required (FIFO)
- Inventory of new items purchased, going inventory to manage stock levels of spook-owned items
- Maintain a high-performance culture focused on accountability and operational excellence
- Make sure rota costs and staff budgets are strictly adhered to
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff and drivers
- Identify inefficiencies in warehouse processes and implement improvements
