Job Description:
This exciting full-time opportunity offers sponsorship for flight instructors looking to expand their qualifications and advance their careers in aviation education.
- Provide comprehensive flight instruction to trainees pursuing licenses and ratings, maintaining accurate training records and trainee progress reports in compliance with aviation authority regulations.
- Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance personal qualifications and ratings.
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight briefings, emphasising critical learning points and areas for improvement.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Hold a current Unrestricted Flight Instructor Certificate.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to aviation education and safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to trainees.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Previous experience as a flight instructor is preferred but not required.
