Sponsor License Specialist Ltd is a fast-growing immigration consultancy firm dedicated to helping businesses navigate the complexities of sponsor licensing and visa applications. We are currently seeking Level 1 OISC-registered Immigration Advisers (IAAA) with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in sponsor licence and visa application services.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for:
- Managing sponsor licence applications for businesses across the UK
- Advising clients on sponsorship and visa compliance
- Preparing and submitting visa applications under the Skilled Worker and other relevant routes
- Supporting clients through audits and compliance processes
- Ensuring compliance with OISC and Home Office guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sponsorship licence and visa applications – Essential
- Strong understanding of Home Office policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and caseloads independently
