Too many people are receiving poor, inaccurate or overly expensive immigration advice and services. Our adviser and casework team provide a fantastic and highly reliable service, and we need more people to know about it. We’re all about providing ethical, accurate, timely and affordable advice and services, and we’re now looking for a driven and well-connected Sales Associate to connect us with corporate clients who require our services.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing corporate clients requiring UK immigration services. The role focuses on business development and client acquisition: qualifying prospects, presenting the firm’s UK immigration offerings at a high level, and converting interest into formal instructions. Once a client confirms they wish to proceed, responsibility is handed over to the legal team for case delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Achieve individual sales targets
  • Process sales onboarding accurately
  • Handle client enquiries and resolve basic issues or escalate to the wider team when needed
  • Stay up to date with our products, promotions, and pricing

Experience:

  • Previous experience selling UK immigration services or similar to corporate or employer clients
  • Existing network within HR, mobility, recruitment, or corporate clients is desirable
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders (HR Directors, Heads of People, Founders)

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and stakeholder-led decision-making
  • High-level awareness of UK immigration concepts (e.g. sponsorship, skilled worker routes, compliance) or the ability to learn quickly
  • Clear understanding of role boundaries within a regulated legal environment (sales vs legal advice)
  • Understanding of consumer law, legal ethics, or regulated sales environments

Personal Attributes:

  • Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes
  • Professional, trustworthy, and client-focused
  • Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
  • Organised and able to prioritise competing demands
  • Ethical and compliant in approach to sales

Key Behaviours:

  • Proactively sources and develops corporate client relationships
  • Positions the firm as a trusted UK immigration partner without providing legal advice
  • Conducts effective discovery conversations and qualifies client suitability
  • Ensures smooth, timely handover to the legal team with accurate commercial and client context
  • Maintains professional boundaries and compliance at all times

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible working hours, with autonomy to manage time around client needs and business development activity
  • Target-driven role focused on results rather than fixed schedules
  • Client engagement via phone, video, email, and networking events
  • Collaborative environment with clear separation between sales and legal delivery
