SL&V Ltd is a specialist immigration law firm. We support UK businesses to apply for, manage, and maintain a UKVI sponsor licence and provide immigration advice and services to private individuals.

Our amazing team is expanding due to continued growth, and we are now looking for a Regulated Immigration Adviser who cares about their work and client outcomes. A proactive attitude is required, in return you would join a forward-looking consultancy who will nurture your growth and development.

We are looking for someone who is already regulated with the IAA, can demonstrate the core competencies required to be a successful adviser and is a strong team player. The successful candidate will quickly develop their own case load and corporate client base.

Job responsibilities:

  • Ensuring our case management system is always up to date and that all information is received and processed ahead of deadlines
  • Managing your own cases (corporate and private immigration matters)
  • Corporate client relationship management
  • Private client consultations
  • Sponsor licence applications
  • Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) request & issue
  • Visa application management
  • Sponsor Management System (SMS) administration
  • Candidate communication
  • Client communication
  • Research and article writing
  • Seminar / webinar presentation
  • Follow legislation / guidance
  • Working to processes
  • Lone working (working from home)
